Hydraulic Cylinder
We manufacture hydraulic cylinders for various applications. The bore size ranges from 40 mm to 300 mm with working pressure 300 bar.
Salient features : The tube material is ST 52 or ASTM A106 Gr. B depending upon the duty of cylinders. Cylinder bore sizes are in tolerance of H7/H8 with surface finish <0.3uRa. Piston rod material En8/En9, hard chrome plated to withstand corrosion and damage. Induction hardened piston rod can be supplied on request. Reputed make seals with most suitable seal profile are selected for leak proof sealing and for sufficient guide for the piston rod. Mounting options available are flange, clevis, trunnion or custom made.

Hydraulic power pack
Hydraulic power pack is a system which provides hydraulic power to actuator in a defined manner. We manufacture different type of hydraulic power packs. The main categories are motorized & hand operated. Which can be further sub categorized depending upon the functions.
Our powerpack consist of standard accessories such as suction strainer, Filler breather, Return line filter & oil level glass. The hydraulic valves are reputed make like Parker, Eaton, Rexroth & Atos. Based on required logic, we design and manufacture optimized, compact and maintenance friendly hydraulic powerpack.
Standard & reputed make byte type pipe fittings are used to assemble the system. Powerpack supplied are painted, powder coated or in Stainless steel material based on application environment.
